The timeline below details the process that will follow from the time of applying for your Nacel Australasia program to departure.

Please note this timeline is for short term outbound programs of 4 – 10 weeks. Long term outbound programs will have a similar process however the dates will be different to those mentioned below and will be advised once we process your application.

Nacel Australasia receives your application
You will receive an auto email reply acknowledging your application
You will receive an invoice for your program deposit of $1000 due 10 days from the invoice date
You will receive the Outbound Student Profile and instructions on how to use Dropbox
You will receive an invitation to your Dropbox folder
After Nacel Australasia receives your deposit payment, you will receive another invoice for the program balance due 1 September 2017
You will upload your completed Outbound Student Profile to your Dropbox folder within 4 weeks of receiving the documents from Nacel Australasia
Once your completed Outbound Student Profile is received, Nacel Australasia will confirm your acceptance on the program
You will receive the Outbound Student Handbook
Nacel Australasia hold a pre departure presentation for you and your parents/guardians in August/September
Final program fee due 1 September 2017
You will receive your host family placement details from October
You will receive your login details for Nacel Australasia's app, Link! in November
You depart!!
